Training Manager CAB Channel | Bharti AXA Life Insurance
Location: Delhi / Gurugram
CTC: 5 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product, process, and sales training for the sales team.
- Identify training needs and deliver capability-building programs.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and field support to improve sales performance.
- Maintain training reports, dashboards, and training calendars.
- Extensive field travel across North India as per business requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ year of training experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Only candidates from the Life Insurance industry will be considered.
- Strong experience in product, process, and sales training.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across North India.
- Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Graduation is mandatory (MBA preferred).
