Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store in compliance with company SOPs and retail standards.
- Own the store's sales, profitability, and overall P&L; performance.
- Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure high service standards.
- Drive customer acquisition through local marketing initiatives, partnerships, events and test ride programs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to increase store visibility and footfalls.
- Capture customer feedback from walk-in visitors and share market insights with Product and Marketing teams.
- Monitor local market trends, competition and consumer preferences to recommend suitable product assortments.
- Plan inventory based on demand forecasts while maintaining optimum Min-Max stock levels.
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with inventory controls, cash management, audit requirements and company policies.
