Position: Part-Time Western Music Teacher (Cambridge)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Western Music lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

Teach music theory, vocal and/or instrumental techniques to students across different age groups.

Prepare students for Cambridge Music assessments, performances, and school events.

Develop students' musical skills, creativity, and confidence.

Organize choir, ensembles, concerts, and other musical activities.

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain lesson plans, attendance, and performance records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Western Music, Music Education, or a related field.

Experience teaching Cambridge (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, or AS & A Level) curriculum is preferred.

Proficiency in Western vocal and/or instrumental music.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Cambridge curriculum teaching experience preferred.

Passionate about music education and student development.

Robust performance and coaching skills.

Creative, enthusiastic, and able to inspire students.

Available to work on a part-time basis as per the school's schedule.
