Agile Talent Onboarding Support
Description of Activities
1. Act as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for onboarding and contractor management queries, guiding internal stakeholders and managers through end-to-end processes in Workday.
2. Directly process contractor onboarding, extensions, and offboarding in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and completeness at each stage.
3. Monitor and maintain compliance across the contractor population, including independence checks, PI cover, mandatory training completion and right to work, escalating issues and managing resolutions through to completion.
4. Run and interpret reports to track contractor status, flag exceptions, and provide regular compliance updates to the team and stakeholders.
5. Maintain business-as-usual contractor management activities with consistency and reliability, ensuring continuity of service to stakeholders throughout a period of operational change.
6.



Update and maintain process documentation, guidance materials, and standard operating procedures as the operating model evolves.

Desired Skillset
1. Confident communicator with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders at varying levels.
2. Robust process orientation - comfortable working within defined frameworks while identifying where improvements can be made.
3. Previous experience in a compliance, operations, or HR/recruitment support role.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet SLAs without compromising quality.
4. Experience working directly in HR or workforce management systems;
5. Workday experience highly desirable.
6. Comfortable working with data - running reports, identifying trends, and acting on findings.
