Location: Pune/ Blr- On site from client location, hybrid working (3 days a week)

Project Manager Infrastructure & SecurityEducational Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree (Graduate/Postgraduate)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CPM certification preferred (not mandatory)

Experience Required

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including:
- Managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Information Security, Data Protection, IAM (Identity & Access Management), or PAM (Privileged Access Management) projects is an advantage

Core Responsibilities & Skills

- Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure and security projects end-to-end
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and issue resolution





Technical Knowledge

- Strong understanding of:
- User credential onboarding
- Authentication and authorization mechanisms

- Familiarity with platforms such as:

- Active Directory
- LDAP
- Databases
- Mainframe systems

Tools & Technologies

- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Project
- SharePoint
- Visio

- Experience with:

- Project management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Clarity PPM (project tracking and forecasting)
- Software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
