About the Role:
Compton Computers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations and vendor relationships in the IT hardware and networking domain. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, networking equipment,
servers, storage, and related solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and technical teams to understand requirements and align procurement accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with
company policies.
- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor sourcing strategies.
- Support in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) material requirements and vendor
coordination.




- Work closely with finance team for vendor payments and reconciliation.

Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or
relevant field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement within IT hardware / networking /
servers / data storage / surveillance industry.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
