About the Role

JUST IN TIME is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner from the Luxury Retail industry to drive strategic talent acquisition while partnering with business leaders to ensure seamless HR operations and an exceptional employee experience across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail and corporate positions across India.
- Drive hiring for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers, Area Managers, and Head Office functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.

HR Business Partnering

- Partner with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers on people-related matters.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across stores.
- Review manpower planning and provide recruitment insights to business stakeholders.

Employee Relations & Grievance Management

- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.




- Conduct employee counselling and support performance management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with the organization's values.

HR Operations

- Coordinate with Payroll and HR Operations for employee documentation and HR compliance.
- Maintain HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and manpower MIS.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 710 years of HRBP experience exclusively in Luxury Retail.
- Must have handled high-volume retail hiring and HR business partnering.
- Robust experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and store visits.
