We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill hiring needs.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US recruitment processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
