- 4 7 years of experience in Storage and Backup Administration.
- Strong experience with:
- Commvault Cloud
- Commvault Metallic
- Veeam Backup Replication
- IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) , IBM Tape library
- Experience administering NetApp storage environments.
- Experience supporting IBM Storage platforms.
- Experience managing Dell Data Domain appliances.
- Knowledge of tape backup infrastructure and IBM Tape Libraries.
- Strong troubleshooting and recovery skills.
- Experience supporting cloud-based backup solutions.
- Understanding of DR, RPO, RTO, replication, and retention concepts.
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
Preferred
- NetApp SnapMirror administration.
- Storage replication technologies.
- Cloud backup solutions across IBM Cloud, Azure, and OCI.
- VMware backup integration.
- Database backup integration (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- PowerShell, Python, or automation scripting experience.
