Our reputed Agritech client is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale field operations across multiple locations.

Experience: minimum 8+ Years of relevant experience
CTC: CTC + ESOPs
Location Preference: Candidates from North India, only Delhi/NCR or Lucknow apply others refrain from applying (or currently based in North India).

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of relevant experience, only from Solar Energy sector or renewable energy sector.Others refrain from applying
- Currently leading operations as an Operations Head, Regional Head, Country Head, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong experience in:
- Project Management
- Site Inspections & Execution
- Supervising Engineering Teams
- Stakeholder Management
- P&L; Management




- Driving operational excellence across multiple projects

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
