- To ensure recovery and be proactive in collections.
- Maintain feedback on each contract on collection efforts
- Maintain MIS of recoveries done and delinquency flows
- Counselling of borrowers over phone or physical presence on the advantages of timely repayment of loan etc.
- Excellent negotiation skills to convince customers to pay their loan on timely manner
Qualification:
Graduate
