About the Role: A hands-on role for freshers who want to go beyond traditional marketing into growth running experiments, analyzing what works, and scaling it. More analytical and experiment-driven than a typical marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in running growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, referral)
- Track and analyze funnel metrics (signups, activation, retention)
- Support A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and messaging
- Coordinate with marketing/product teams on campaign execution
- Prepare weekly growth reports and insights

Requirements:

- Analytical mindset; comfort with numbers and basic spreadsheets
- Interest in marketing, consumer behavior, or startups
- Good communication and eagerness to learn tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Meta/Google Ads
- Any graduate; marketing/business background is a plus, not mandatory
