Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Plan IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation
- Manage servers, networks, data centers, and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems
- Oversee hardware/software procurement and lifecycle
- Implement IT security policies and frameworks
- Oversee ERP, HIS (Hospital Information System), CRM, and other applications
- Ensure system integration and smooth functioning
- Manage upgrades, patches, and vendor coordination
- Lead and mentor IT team (admins, developers, support staff)
- Manage performance, training, and resource planning
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Collaborate with senior management and business units




- Drive stakeholder satisfaction
- Understanding and coding ability in ASP.NET
- Works with HTML, CSS, JavaScript + backend logic
- Able to take Full, Differential, and Transaction Log backups
- Ability to recovery SQL Server from off status
- Able to restore a database to at any specific point in time
- Can do performance tuning to remove slowness
- Able to optimize a query
- Able to do clustered and non-clustered indexes
- Write a stored procedure
- Have experience of migrating database from server to cloud
- Should do database monitoring on cloud
- Have hands on experience of HMIS implementation
- Have hands on experience of EMR implementation
