- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to achieve budgeted targets.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare food cost, beverage cost, and variance analysis reports.
- Verify purchase orders, goods received notes (GRNs), supplier invoices, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory movement of materials.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Food & Beverage Cost Control, preferably in hotels, airports, resorts, or large restaurant chains.
