Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Create and maintain robust automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Analyze business requirements and develop test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure application quality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and testing processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python
- Experience in test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, PyTest.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, SOAP UI.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.




- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
- Exposure to BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant automation testing certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience in banking, healthcare, retail, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Exposure to test management tools such as JIRA, Azure Test Plans, TestRail.
