Role & Responsibilities

* Execute Commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects across Delhi NCR.

* Supervise Civil, Carpentry, False Ceiling, Flooring, painting, electrical and finishing works at site.

* Handle civil modification works including masonry, Plastering, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing and repair works wherever required.

* Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specification and quality standards.

* Plan daily activities, allocate labour and arrange additional manpower whenever required.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors and subcontractors.

*Monitor measurements, BOQ, Material planning, billing and overall site progress.

* Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaing safety and quality.

* Willing to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR

Preferred candidate profile

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

*3 - 7 years of experience in commercial interior fit - out,



office interiors or renovation projects.

* Experience in handling both interior finishing works and associated civil modifications.

* Experience in site execution, labour & contractor management, BOQ preparation. measurements, Billing and material planning.

* Ability to read drawings and coordinate with clients, vendors and subcontractors.

* Own two - wheeler with valid driving license is highly preferred, as the role involves travelling across project sites in Delhi NCR

* Positive communication skills and willingness to take ownership of multiple sites.
