ABOUT ZENZEBRA- ZenZebra is building the future of contextual retail through "Lifestyle Breakspots". We create high energy, industrial-chic spaces inside corporate offices and campus parks where professionals can grab coffee and discover clean, rooted brands. Having completed our pilot, we are now scaling to 50+ locations and need a structured architect to build our operational machine.
THE ROLE You will be the "adult in the room," moving us from founder-led hustle to a highly structured system. You will take complete ownership of Inward logistics (procurement, warehouse) and Outward execution (store fill rates, ground-team management). Your mandate is simple: ensure zero stock-outs, protect gross margins, and build an airtight perpetual inventory system.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- System Implementation: Kill the spreadsheets and lock down a rigid POS and perpetual inventory system.
- Operational Guardrails: Create and enforce strict opening/closing SOPs for our energetic ground team.
- Shelf Fill Rate:
Establish reorder points and manage daily dispatch to ensure a 99% fill rate across all breakspots.
- Vendor & Procurement Mechanics: Manage physical intake of products and catch dead-stock or damaged goods instantly.
- Ground Command: Manage Warehouse Coordinators and Area Managers to maintain our "Apple-style" aesthetic.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 5 years of hardcore city operations or supply chain experience (QSR, Quick-commerce, or Up-to-date Retail).
- Systematic Mindset: You hate manual entry and build foolproof systems to prevent mistakes.
- Ground Commander: Comfortable in the warehouse or stores, enforcing rules with a young retail workforce.
- Margin-Obsessed: You treat inventory shrinkage and missing stock as a personal insult.
- Bonus: Experience scaling operations from scratch at a high-growth startup.
Office Timings- 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
