Key Responsibilities and Experience (OT / IEC 62443)

- Lead OT/ICS/IOT cyber security risk assessments and gap analyses against IEC 62443 across industrial environments and critical infrastructure environments.
- Design and implement IEC 62443 aligned security architectures, including network segmentation into zones and conduits, and definition of target and achieved security levels (SL-T and SL-A).
- Develop and review OT security management systems, policies, and processes in line with IEC 62443 and related governance requirements.
- Support clients in translating IEC 62443 and related OT/ICS standards, such as NIST and EU CRA into practical technical and organizational security measures.
- Prepare clients for IEC 62443 certification audits, including readiness assessments, evidence and documentation reviews, closing of identified gaps, and support during the audit process.




- Bring hands-on experience with OT/ICS/SCADA environments and demonstrable working knowledge of IEC 62443, gained through prior consulting, engineering, or industrial security roles.

Preferred candidate profile

- Above-average completion of a technical, scientific or economic degree (e.g., in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, business informatics).
- Prior knowledge (and certifications) in cybersecurity, cybersecurity management systems (CSMS), process consulting, and the
IEC 62443 standard.
- Ideally, experience in conducting IT and OT cybersecurity projects/programs, as well as sound knowledge of OT cybersecurity architectures/concepts, tools, standards and best practices.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting and taking full ownership of end-to-end project execution.
