Role & responsibilities

- Drive collection efficiency and minimize roll forward of cases.
- Planning, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of credit & collection functions and processes.
- Responsible for leading, managing, developing, and training a team of collectors; and for directing their efforts to attain maximum collections while complying with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring skilled relationships are established and maintained with clients and attorneys.
- Prepares periodic reports on collections activities, including summaries on delinquency ratios.
- Achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows and credit cost.
- Take up cases to Lok Adalat for quick settlement wherever required.
- Ensure that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with customers.
- Manage the team of Field Collection Executives and Collection Support Team.
- Monitor productivity of field collection executives on a daily basis.
- Conduct revised/refresher policy & process training of collections team at regular intervals.
- Direct interaction with selected clients in resolving receivables delinquencies.
