teaching, curriculum, faculty development, and student success.

Role Overview

The Associate Dean will provide academic and strategic leadership for the School of Business,

ensuring the delivery of high-quality education aligned with industry needs and institutional

goals. The role requires close collaboration with faculty, industry partners, students, and internal

stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes, strengthen academic standards, and build the

school's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead the academic planning and execution for the School of Business across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Ensure curriculum remains contemporary, industry-relevant, and aligned with global best practices.
- Drive academic quality, governance, accreditation, and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Faculty Leadership

- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing faculty members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, research, and academic excellence.
- Conduct faculty performance reviews and support capability development.

Student Experience

- Enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and academic success.
- Mentor students and provide guidance on academic progression and career readiness.




- Address academic concerns while maintaining a student-centric approach.

Industry Engagement

- Build strong relationships with industry leaders, corporate partners, and academic institutions.
- Facilitate guest lectures, live projects, internships, industry collaborations, and experiential learning opportunities.
- Represent Pearl Academy at conferences, seminars, and industry forums.

Strategic & Operational Excellence

- Support strategic planning and growth initiatives for the School of Business.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Career Services, Marketing, and other academic schools to drive institutional objectives.
- Monitor key academic and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Profile

- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in higher education, with significant academic leadership experience.
- Robust understanding of curriculum design, academic governance, accreditation processes, and outcome-based education.
- Experience leading faculty teams and managing academic operations.
- Established industry network with the ability to foster meaningful corporate partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation in education and student success.
