Opportunity Overview

As a Consultant in the Forecasting practice, you will independently design, build, and deliver forecasting workstreams across pipeline, in-line, LOE, and access-integrated engagements. You will work directly with client commercial, access, and finance teams, presenting findings that feed real planning decisions not just slide decks. This is the role where you stop executing and start thinking. Where you learn to build a defensible forecast from first principles, not a template. And where, if you are good, you will grow faster than you expected.

What You'll Work On

- Own complete pipeline forecasting workstreams; design patient flow logic aligned to disease context; triangulate assumptions using epidemiology literature, ClinicalTrials.gov, IQVIA/Symphony, claims/RWD, and analog libraries
- Design complex oncology and rare disease patient flow architectures using SEER, OS/PFS survival libraries, Monte Carlo simulation tools, and HTA frameworks for orphan and rare disease assets.
- Design LOE modeling frameworks with analog hierarchies; own LOE workstreams end-to-end; integrate outputs into portfolio exposure and planning discussions.
- Design multi-country forecast architectures using IQVIA Global Data, WHO epidemiology, and EMA/NICE/G-BA HTA guidance; own global forecast workstreams.

Required Qualifications

1) Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharma, Life 1) Pipeline Patient-Based Forecasting
Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or 2) Specialty & Complex TA Forecasting




a related field. 3) LOE & Life Cycle Forecasting
2) 4 to 6 years of experience in forecasting, 4) Global & Ex-US Forecasting
commercial analytics, or pharmaceutical 5) Client Engagement
consulting. 6) Team Leadership
3) Strong experience in forecasting and financial
modelling using Excel and analytical tools.
4) Positive understanding of market research,
competitive intelligence, and commercial
analytics.
5) Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and
stakeholder management skills.
6) Experience in US or European pharma markets is
preferred.
7) Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and
mentor junior team members.

Functional Skills Required

Geographic Exposure

- Exposure to the US pharmaceutical market is highly preferred
