Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and empathetic Financial Consultant to join our
team. In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for clients facing financial challenges. You
will be responsible for understanding their financial portfolios, consulting them on debt relief and
settlement frameworks, managing client retention, scheduling physical and virtual meetings, and
achieving organizational growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Consulting & Guidance: Analyze clients financial situations, outstanding
liabilities, and cash flows to provide tailored consulting and guide them effectively toward
sustainable settlement solutions.
Client Retention: Build deep, trust-based relationships with existing clients; ensure
continuous engagement, address their grievances empathetically, and minimize churn.




Relationship & Visit Management: Coordinate, schedule, and manage face-to-face
visits and consultations with clients at our office or designated locations to foster
high-trust interactions.
Target Achievement: Strategically manage your pipeline to meet and exceed monthly
consultation, retention, and business revenue goals.
Regulatory Liaison: Simplify complex settlement processes for clients, explaining their
legal rights and the strategic roadmap to resolution.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 13 years of proven experience in financial sales, debt consulting, loan
restructuring, insurance, banking, or wealth management.
Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and active listening skills in English and Hindi.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to handle high-stress client scenarios.
Excellent relationship-management and networking capabilities.
Traits: High emotional intelligence, ethical mindset, resilience, and a target-driven
attitude.
