Role & responsibilities :

- Handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and related legal procedures.
- Conduct legal research and draft objections, oppositions, replies, notices, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate and assist in trademark and copyright filings, renewals, and prosecution.
- Assist in raids, investigations, evidence collection, and enforcement activities related to IPR violations.
- Attend court hearings, coordinate with advocates, and manage case documentation and filings.
- Handle cheque bounce cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act and coordinate legal proceedings.
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, legal notices, and other corporate legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation with accuracy.
- Liaise with external counsels, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for legal matters.
- Provide legal support to various business functions as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: LL.B. (Mandatory), BBA-Law
- Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience in litigation, IPR, or corporate legal functions.
