To support the IHM maintenance and other marine projects undertaken by the division.
ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:
IHM Maintenance
Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections.
Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs.
Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
Monitor and process fleet-related documentation and system records for document management.
Other Projects
Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
Technical skills
Office 365, Auto CAD
Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate data accuracy.
Professional skills
IHM Maintenance / Non Destructive Testing / Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
Good business communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to review technical compliance documents.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor of science, BE (Naval Arch, Mechanical)
Minimum 1 years working experience.
Prior experience in marine on-site projects (preferred)
