Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Trainee to join our Electronics System Design team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Home and Building Automation, Audio/Video Systems, and Smart Technologies. The position combines technical system design with project coordination, offering excellent learning and career growth opportunities.

As a Technical Trainee, you will assist in designing and documenting automation systems, preparing technical drawings, supporting project execution, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

This is a work-from-home, with an immediate joining requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and documentation of Home & Building Automation and Audio/Video systems.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and system documentation.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in system design.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Participate in technical discussions and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Instrumentation, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates (20242026 batches preferred) from reputed or prestigious colleges.





Preferred Experience

- Internship or project experience in any of the following:
- Industrial Automation
- Home & Building Automation
- Audio/Video Systems
- Control Systems
- System Design or Technical Documentation

- Internship or certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of Home Automation and Building Management Systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit (preferred).
- Understanding of electrical/electronic schematics and system layouts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
