- Experienced in the service and maintenance of the dermatological medical equipment or major medical devices.
- Responsible for devices demonstration and Installation.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Monitoring equipment performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Provide maintenance services & customer training support.
- Schedule maintenance of AMC/CMC service according to clients.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all medical equipment.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers on a regular basis.
