- Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing
Position Responsibilities
- Identify and launch current LAGO branches in the designated cluster.
- Managing teams of Gold Loan Officer (GLO) in the regions
- Ensure sales productivity at GLO level.
- Recruitment of GLOs wherever required.
- Achieving sales targets both at branch & cluster level.
- Ensure minimum productivity level at branch level.
- Ensure threshold ROI / Fee at branch level.
- Devise and implement various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches through sales and regional marketing teams.
- Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.
