Job Overview:

Paras Luxury Homes is seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualiser with approximately 5 to 6 years of experience in luxury Villa interior & exterior design projects. The candidate should have strong visualization skills and the ability to create high-quality photorealistic renders for luxury homes, villas, and premium residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for an independent luxury villa interior and exterior.
- Develop detailed interior visualizations based on design concepts, layouts, and material selections.
- Prepare realistic lighting, textures, materials, and camera views for client presentations.
- Ensure accuracy in design details, furniture placement, finishes, and overall aesthetics.
- Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines.





Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
- Around 5 to 6 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser in Independent Luxury Villa Interior & Exterior Projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury homes, villas, and high-end interior visualization work.

Required Software Skills:

- 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer / V-Ray
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Photoshop

Key Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Strong understanding of luxury interior design concepts and detailing.
- Creative approach with attention to design aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
