Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Returns Manager to oversee end-to-end return operations for our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing B2B and B2C return processes, leading warehouse teams, and maintaining operational efficiency while ensuring timely processing and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete E-commerce return operations for both B2B and B2C channels.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 2530 warehouse associates.

- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, segregation, reconciliation, and disposition of returned products.

- Coordinate with warehouse, operations,



logistics, and customer support teams for smooth return management.

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Analyze return trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with warehouse SOPs.

- Monitor team productivity and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 34 years of experience in E-commerce Returns or Warehouse Operations.

- Hands-on experience managing a team of 2530 employees.

- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C return processes.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting) and Google Sheets.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
