Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through Voice & Blended (Voice + Chat/Email) support.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding customer needs and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance metrics as per process guidelines.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and active listening.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Eligibility

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates with International BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat Support, Email Support, or Blended Process experience are highly preferred.
- Graduation or Undergraduate candidates can apply (as per process eligibility).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving,



and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
