Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

- Scale & Volume: Oversee the end-to-end execution of 100+ installation projects per month across India.

- Timeline & Budget: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure flawless and timely completion.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teamsincluding Design, Production, Logistics, and Customer Serviceto streamline the entire installation pipeline.

- Risk Management: Implement robust project management methodologies to mitigate risks, preempt bottlenecks, and maximize operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Management

- Diverse Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and manage a multifaceted field and office team consisting of Measurement Executives, Site Inspectors, Project Managers, Installation Managers, and Carpenters.
