Roles and Responsibilities :

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in ESG
- Mandatory experience working with BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, Asset Managers, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in ESG Report Interpretation across the full reporting lifecycle
- Experience should cover ESG reporting phases such as:
- Regulatory & Framework Mapping (ISSB, TCFD, BRSR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)
- Data Identification & ESG Metric Mapping across business functions
- Data Collection & Validation of ESG disclosures
- ESG Disclosure Interpretation & Analysis (qualitative and quantitative metrics)
- Gap Assessment & Benchmarking against frameworks and peers
- Disclosure Structuring & Report Preparation
