Job Role - Project Manager Civil Projects

Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of restaurant construction and fit-out projects.
- Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage project costs and control budget deviations.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
- Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve construction-related issues.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.
- Manage contractor performance and billing certification.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, retail fit-outs, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of civil construction, interior fit-outs, MEP coordination, and vendor management.
