We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to manage and execute premium interior fit-out projects. The role involves site execution, project coordination, quality control, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely project delivery as per specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and luxury projects.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, production teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, resolve site execution issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections, track progress, and prepare project updates.
- Ensure quality standards, documentation, and smooth project handover.
- Support project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 8-13 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, construction execution, and site management.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, project coordination, quality standards, and site operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Experience in premium residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, teams, and project activities.
- Solid understanding of finishes, materials, drawings, and construction processes.
- Capable of delivering projects within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
