- Ensure the overall security of the plants, warehouses and entire Eastman Group by implementing effective security measures and protocols.
- Develop and implement industrial security plans to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and damage to equipment.
- Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities in plant operations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate incidents, gather evidence, and prevent future occurrences.
Job Requirements :
- 20-25 years of experience in industrial security or related field.
- Robust knowledge of industrialization processes and regulations governing plant operations.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective security strategies for manufacturing facilities.
