ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing secure role-based access and ACL configurations to enable controlled system integrations while protecting sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities

1. ACL Development

- Build and configure ACLs for:
- Table-level access
- Field-level access
- Record-level access

- Ensure users and integrations can access only required data

2. Security & Role Design

- Create and manage:
- Custom roles
- Service accounts

- Apply least-privilege access principles
- Prevent exposure to sensitive data (HR, legal, PII)

3. Integration Enablement

- Support ServiceNow integrations using:
- Service accounts
- APIs / scripted APIs

- Ensure integrations function securely without overexposing data

4. Delivery & Execution

- Build ACLs quickly to accelerate timelines
- Troubleshoot access issues
- Reduce implementation effort for the client

5. Client & Team Collaboration

- Work with architects, security teams, and client stakeholders
- Provide guidance on best practices for access control
- Support effort estimation and solution design discussions
