About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3+ years of experience in Internal Audit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, practical knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Internal Audits across various industries.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Perform risk assessment and compliance reviews.
- Prepare audit plans, working papers, and audit reports.
- Review SOPs and recommend process enhancements.
- Identify operational and financial risks and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with clients and management for audit observations and closure.
- Assist in developing audit methodologies and best practices.




- Mentor and guide junior team members during audit assignments.

Eligibility

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit.
- Experience in manufacturing, service, or consulting sectors will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Financial Controls (IFC), risk management, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments, if required.
