Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising inventory staff, coordinating stock movements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day inventory operations within the warehouse.
- Monitor stock receipts, storage, transfers, and dispatches to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Uni Commerce.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
- Generate inventory reports, stock ageing reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure proper storage practices to minimize damage, loss, and expiry.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse SOPs, and quality standards.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.





Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

* 36 years of experience in warehouse inventory management or a similar supervisory role.

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or inventory software.

* Robust understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, or third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.

Working Conditions

* Warehouse-based role with regular movement across storage areas.

* May require shift work, weekend support, or extended hours during peak operations.
