- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu languages.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers through phone calls or emails.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in speaking Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu languages (written communication skills are also required).
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Robust communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
