- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various loan products such as home loans, mortgage loans, SME lending, affordable housing schemes etc.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Robust understanding of agri finance, housing finance (including LAP), MSME loan & mortgage loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
