Role & responsibilities

- Convert requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and up-to-date interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain reusable design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Design complex ERP, CRM, HRMS, and workflow-based modules with a focus on usability and efficiency.
- Create interactive prototypes for requirement validation and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
- Provide design specifications and support developers during implementation.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and design quality.

Skills Required

- Strong expertise in Figma (Advanced Level).
- Experience in designing ERP, CRM, HRMS, Workflow Management, and Enterprise Applications.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
- Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.
- Expertise in User Flows, Information Architecture, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, High-Fidelity UI Designs, and Design Systems.




- Experience in responsive web application design.
- Experience in Android and iOS mobile application design.
- Experience in UI/UX testing and usability validation.
- Must Have Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Lovable or similar tools.
- Awareness of latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and modern component-based design approaches.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and front-end development concepts.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with strong hands-on experience in Figma and AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Galileo AI, Uizard, Lovable, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience designing modern web and mobile applications, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, and workflow-based systems, with a strong understanding of user experience, design systems, and responsive interfaces. Candidates residing near Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Pitampura, Delhi, will be preferred. The individual should be proactive, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging AI to create high-quality, user-centric designs efficiently.
