Role & responsibilities

- Lead end to end Field HR & Talent Acquisition for the Ethical Prescription Sales & Marketing division.
- Drive recurring hiring of TBMs, ABMs, RBMs, ZBMs, RSMs and other Sales & Marketing roles across PAN India.
- Build and maintain a solid hiring pipeline through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, consultants, references and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure timely manpower planning and achieve business hiring targets.
- Manage HR Operations including onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, confirmations and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, retention and attrition control for the field force.
- Travel to field locations to understand market challenges, improve employee experience and strengthen HR effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while implementing scalable HR processes, dashboards and recruitment analytics.

Preferred candidate profile





- 12 to 20 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Field HR.
- Proven experience in hiring 500 to 600+ field employees annually including TBMs, ABMs, RBMs, ZBMs and other sales positions.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Bulk Hiring, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Employee Relations.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, consultants, referral hiring and recruitment analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce attrition, improve hiring quality and support rapid business expansion.
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to work closely with Sales Leadership and Business Heads.
- Willing to travel extensively to support field teams and build a high-performance sales organization.
- Experience in leading HR teams within Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
