- Source and develop vendors for handbags, shoes and leather goods.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors, production, quality, and merchandising teams.
- Dealing with International vendors is more preferrable.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
- Knowledge of different types of new fittings/accessories of leather goods is required.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain sourcing records, and track deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Fashion/Business preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement of handbags, leather goods, or accessories.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of leather materials, trims, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
