Manzeera Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in business intelligence, with solid hands-on expertise in SQL, DAX, DOMO and / or Microsoft Power BI. This role requires someone who can work beyond dashboard development and reporting by independently querying databases, extracting and transforming data, building data models, and delivering reliable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Write, optimise, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, combine, validate, and analyse data from multiple databases

* Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using DOMO and / or Microsoft Power BI

* Gather, understand, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders

* Build and maintain data models, datasets, database views, and ETL workflows

* Perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and validation before using data for reporting

* Create DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and DOMO Beast Mode calculations





* Integrate data from relational databases, REST APIs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms

* Investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot database, dashboard, and reporting issues

* Monitor data quality, query performance, dashboard performance, and reporting accuracy

* Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful, and actionable business insights

* Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable and reliable BI solutions

The candidate should be comfortable working independently with databases and should have the ability to convert business requirements into accurate SQL queries, datasets, dashboards, and reports.
