Product Manager Agentic AI Products (Services/Consulting)
Location: Delhi NCR (local candidates only)
Experience: 4–7 years Function: Product Management
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager, ideally from a consulting, professional services, or client-delivery background, to own the discovery, delivery, and adoption of agentic AI workflows that improve how client-facing and delivery teams work. You'll translate ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear roadmaps, partner closely with design and engineering, and ship products that measurably improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Lead product discovery with delivery teams and stakeholders (analysts, consultants, or operations teams) to identify high-friction workflows worth solving.
- Define product vision, scope MVPs, and build multi-release roadmaps using structured prioritization (RICE, MoSCoW, or equivalent).
- Write clear PRDs and user stories; work daily with engineering and design to ship on time.
- Scope and launch AI-assisted tools (e.g., GenAI research/drafting assistants) — including prompt design, failure handling, and phased rollout to manage trust and accuracy.
- Explore and build agentic AI products — multi-step, tool-using workflows that go beyond single-prompt assistants — defining guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Define success metrics, instrument usage analytics,
and run structured feedback loops (interviews, usage logs, A/B tests) to guide iteration.
- Drive adoption strategy and GTM support for new launches — training, rollout sequencing, and change management.
- Own cross-functional communication with senior stakeholders, translating technical tradeoffs into business impact.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years in product management, with direct experience in a consulting, qualified services, or client-delivery environment (required).
- Proven track record shipping a 01 product or major feature with a clear, measurable outcome (not just launch).
- Hands-on experience with GenAI-enabled products — prompt engineering, custom GPT/LLM integrations, or AI workflow automation (not just familiarity).
- Exposure to agentic AI product development (multi-step agents, tool-calling, orchestration) is a strong plus.
- Excellent user research skills — able to run structured interviews and convert findings into a scoped roadmap.
- Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
- Strong written communication — able to produce clear PRDs, success logs, and stakeholder updates.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as an AI Product Lead or similar dedicated AI product ownership role.
- Formal training in product management or design thinking (e.g., ISB, INSEAD, HBS-style coursework).
