WSNE Consulting is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager/ Team lead IT Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for PAN India clients. The ideal candidate will drive team performance, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in IT Recruitment .
- Minimum 3+ year experience in Team Handling & Client Management (PAN India).
- Proven experience in achieving hiring targets within deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor recruiter performance
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple locations in India.
- Manage client communication, expectation setting & delivery timelines.
- Ensure SLA adherence and quality hiring.
- Track team performance, generate reports & maintain dashboards.
- Drive recruiter productivity, engagement & performance improvement.
- Resolve escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
