Role Overview

Lead end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, payroll governance, and process automation while ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory regulations.
- Lead payroll audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive payroll automation, process improvements, and HRMS optimization.




- Lead and mentor the payroll team while maintaining high accuracy and governance.

Requirements

- MBA in HR, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/ Payroll systems (Keka, HONO, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Experience handling payroll audits, vendor management, and process automation.
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
