The Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client HR and business requirements. This role involves working closely with HR, IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Human Capital Management solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR and HCM processes.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Labor, and Advantages.
- Customize HCM workflows, reports, and integrations as per client needs.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of HCM solutions.




- Provide support during testing phases including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM applications.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates, patches, and best practices.
- Assist in data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all HCM processes.
