We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in HCM Data Conversions, Integrations, Extracts, and Reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas, and experience supporting HCM modules end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain data conversion programs for employee, payroll, and benefits data migration.
- Design and implement HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI analyses.
- Build and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems using OIC, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Perform data validation, error resolution, and reconciliation during conversion and integration cycles.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to HDL loads, HCM Extracts, and Reports.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and post-go-live support materials.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
- Strong experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI.
- Expertise in Integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience in data migration and conversion from legacy systems.
- Good understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, and Advantages modules.
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and XML skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle Certified HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist.
- Experience with Fast Formulas and HCM REST API custom integrations.
- Knowledge of Fusion Middleware and Security Configuration.
