Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Architect with a proven track record of designing and delivering industrial projects, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics facilities, factories, processing units, and industrial campuses.

The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual and technical design capabilities, an in-depth understanding of industrial planning, building systems, regulatory requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects for leading national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and architectural design of industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, logistics parks, manufacturing units, and production buildings.
- Develop innovative and efficient design solutions that optimize workflow, production processes, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare concept designs, detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, process, fire safety, and infrastructure consultants throughout all project stages.
- Translate client operational requirements into practical, code-compliant architectural solutions.
- Conduct site visits, design reviews, and construction inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, industrial standards, fire and life safety regulations, and statutory approvals.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation during project execution.




- Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and project coordination meetings.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to maintaining project quality and delivery timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing projects such as:
- Manufacturing plants
- Factories
- Warehouses
- Logistics and distribution centers
- Industrial campuses
- Processing facilities

- Strong understanding of industrial planning principles, circulation, production flow, loading/unloading operations, and utility integration.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and industrial process consultants.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of construction detailing, industrial building systems, materials, and applicable building regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on large-scale industrial developments for manufacturing or multinational clients.
- Knowledge of sustainable industrial design practices, green building standards, and energy-productive industrial facilities.
- Exposure to BIM-based project delivery.
- Experience in construction administration and site execution.
- Familiarity with international industrial design standards and best practices.
